All orders will be shipped in 1-3 Business Days. Upon shipment of your ordered goods, a notification will be sent to your email. We offer free shipping in Hong Kong and Macau. All shipment will be handled by SF Express in Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan and China, which will usually be delivered upon 2-3 working days*. We provide express shipping service for international customers, shipping fee will be HKD 250 per order (HKD 50 for Taiwan).  Or you can enjoy free worldwide shipping for order above HKD 2,500. All international order will be handled by FedEx or DHL. They will usually be delivered upon 3-5 working days*.

*Import tax and duties may be applicable, depending on the destination country and you are responsible for all import tax and duties. The courier will contact you with further details for customs clearance. Please be reminded that it may delay the delivery time.


  • Courier pickup days: Mon-Fri, excluding public holidays.
  • Courier delivery days: Mon-Fri 9am-9pm Sat 9am-2pm, excluding public holidays.
  • There will be 3 delivery attempts, failing which the package will be returned to us. We will then contact you with regards to re-delivery and customers will bear the full re-shipping cost for us to resend the order to you.
  • Please provide a valid physical address.


Orders may be undeliverable or returned to us due to the following reasons. We will not be liable for any lost mails in such cases:

  • Orders uncollected from the post office after 10 working days from the delivery attempt
  • Orders undeliverable after 3 delivery attempts by courier provider
  • An incorrect or incomplete mailing address provided
  • International orders uncollected from the delivery service provider after failed delivery attempts or refusal to pay customs/import taxes

If orders are returned to us, we will contact you with regards to re-delivery and customers will bear the full reshipping cost for us to resend the order to you.
Undeliverable international orders may be destroyed at the destination country after failed delivery attempts and if customers do not contact the delivery service provider to arrange for redelivery.  In such cases, we will not be liable for any losses, as it is the buyers’ responsibility to contact the courier company and ample notification lead time would have been given.
